Welcome to AfriDMindz! We are excited that you decided to check us out. This inaugural post is simply about introducing you to AfriDMindz and giving you a quick glimpse about who we are.
At AfriDMindz we seek to unify our global communities, foster self reliance, and encourage the African Diaspora to focus on entrepreneurship, business development, and financial literacy through education. So what does that mean? It means that we are Pan Africanists at heart and seek to unite and elevate our African brothers and sisters globally.
You will find articles, ebooks, courses, educational resources, and merchandise that will educate and elevate you about the different African cultures on the continent and around the globe because we are everywhere! You will also find that we will focus on ways to help you educate and elevate yourself and your family on a personal level.
If You Don’t Know Where You’ve Been…
There is a saying that goes “if you don’t know where you’ve been, you can’t know where you are going.” You need to know your history and that of your brothers and sisters. It’s important that we understand each other’s history and cultures so that we can learn to work together for a better future and a better Africa. We can duplicate the successes, and prevent duplicating the failures. You may have a nationality in a country other than Africa where your ancestors may have been enslaved, but ethnically you are still African. Regardless of where we are around the globe we are still proudly African.
One Africa One People
We are One Africa, One people. We believe in Ubuntu “I am because you/we are.” It is our job to help and support each other regardless of where we are located. As we improve our lives personally, we can improve all of our lives and more importantly the Motherland collectively. It is time for us to unite in power, land, and resources.
Let’s Get To Work!
We are not delusional enough to think that everyone will return to the Motherland. We celebrate each other regardless of where we are in the world. We all have something to offer and all have a part to play in building each other, our respective communities, cultures, and the Motherland whether we are there or not. Listen, other ethnicities are in our homeland benefiting from Africa’s resources daily taking it back to their homeland so that they benefit from it at our expense. Let’s get to work to preserve OUR African legacy and Africa’s resources. Let’s go!
